Job Purpose We're looking for a dynamic and community-driven Marketing Manager to help shape the experience of our NYSE listed companies and prospects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships, delivering exceptional client service, and crafting strategic, creative marketing programs that elevate our brand and community.
Responsibilities Champion community engagement: Design and execute initiatives that foster deeper connections across our listed company ecosystem, creating a sense of belonging and shared success. Deliver exceptional client experiences: Serve as a trusted partner to our clients, ensuring every interaction reflects the NYSE's commitment to excellence and innovation. Lead strategic & creative campaigns: Collaborate with Capital Markets and Listings teams to develop, pitch and manage high-impact marketing programs that blend storytelling, brand strategy, and business goals. Modernize our marketing approach: Reimagine how the NYSE shows up in the marketplace, introducing fresh ideas and formats that resonate with today's audiences and drive measurable results. Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Marketing, Events, Content and Communications to deliver integrated campaigns and experiences aligned with our clients' strategic priorities. Amplify client success: Partner with some of the world's most influential companies to spotlight their milestones, launches, and achievements through high-profile marketing activations. Knowledge and Experience 5+ years' experience in integrated marketing and/or communications for a media company, agency or in-house marketing team Experience in pitching important stakeholders and managing multiple projects at once Proven ability to communicate with decision makers at all levels of an organization both internally and externally Exceptional communication and organizational skills A record of working independently and resourcefully and within tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Canva; Working knowledge of Monday.com and Salesforce New York Base Salary Range The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $108,200 - 144,200 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
