Electrician role

NN Inc. is looking for an Electrician to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Electrician will be responsible for : Troubleshooting and repair of electrical problems with production, quality and inspection equipment.
• Moving and positioning equipment to ensure equipment runs properly.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and implement machine and program modifications resulting from continuous improvement ideas.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC, PC, NC and CNC controls.
• Perform electrical work and basic mechanical installation and repairs throughout the facility.

Desired experience with

• CNC Machine controls using Allen-Bradley or Siemens or Fanuc Control systems.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting
• HMI programming and troubleshooting
• Variable Frequency Drive troubleshooting
• Vision System troubleshooting

You should be proficient in

• Electrical Schematics
• Electrical Troubleshooting
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

Machines & technologies you\'ll use

• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Siemens)
