✅ Requirements & Preferences

• License: CA RN license (submit license at time of application)
• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Preferred: CCRN, basic critical care course
• Experience: Must be comfortable with:
  • ICU level care (ratios 1:2)
  • Vents, ABCDE bundle, drips (norepinephrine, Propofol, Versed), post-op ICU recovery
  • Managing sepsis, DKA, COPD, GI bleeds, CVA, pneumonia
  • Floating to Tele and Med-Surg (ratios 1:4-5); travelers float first
  • Reading/interpreting own cardiac strips (GE monitors)
