Schedule: (10-hour shifts) - 3rd Shift: Sunday-Wednesday, 8:50 PM to 7:00 AM, with overtime available on Thursday night

Pay: $16.30/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate progressive die machines, decoilers, roll straighteners, and feed equipment

Perform scheduled quality checks and ensure parts meet cost and quality standards

Troubleshoot and resolve work problems during production

Accurately complete daily production paperwork

Load/unload material coils and operate measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)

Clean equipment, dies, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment

Qualifications:

1+ year of press set-up and operation experience

2+ years in a manufacturing environment

Strong math and communication skills

Ability to take direction and good attendance
