Staffmark is seeking a Human Resources Representative in Bristol, TN. If you have 3-5 years of HR experience and enjoy supporting employees, managing benefits, and driving HR initiatives, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team.

Pay: $55,000/year (higher based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Administer employee benefits, including claims resolution, changes, and employee communication

Conduct recruitment for nonexempt and temporary staff

Provide employee relations support and conduct exit interviews

Maintain HRIS records and generate reports

Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations

Recommend process improvements to enhance department efficiency

Handle confidential information with discretion

Perform additional HR duties as assigned

Qualifications:

3-5 years of HR experience; Bachelor's degree preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and provide exceptional customer service

Knowledge of ADA, FMLA, and other employment regulations

Reliable attendance and professional phone etiquette
