What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Manufacturing or machine operation experience
Ability to read instructions and use basic measuring tools
Strong problem-solving, math, and mechanical skills
Physically able to stand, move, and lift up to 25 lbs.
What You'll Do:
Set up and operate machines for imaging, screen making, slitting, and ink mixing
Perform regular quality checks to maintain production standards
Complete light machine maintenance to ensure efficiency
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Collaborate with teammates and assist in training new operators
Schedule & Pay:
Pay Rate: $21.40/hour + shift differentials
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
