Pay: $19 per hour
Requirements
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience with repairing computers/phones
Attention to detail
Knowledge of Excel, database entry, and hand power tools
High computer competency
Bilingual Computer Repair Technician Duties
Diagnose and test malfunctioning units to determine the required repairs needed.
Replace/swap parts and components, and reset loose wires within units.
Follow customer SOPs to correctly disassemble and assemble units and diagnose.
Ensure proper parts management and handoff to eliminate losses.
