Pay & Schedule:
$17-$18/hour
Monday-Thursday | 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

What You'll Do:
Safely operate machinery and handle fiberglass materials with precision
Follow detailed instructions and maintain consistent production quality
Conduct inspections and accurately document production and quality checks
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards and IATF 16949 requirements
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing experience preferred, automotive production a plus
Experience working with fiberglass
Comfort working with metric measurements and interpreting production data
Dependable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
