Shifts are either 8 or 10 hours based on unit needs, with start times at 0615 or 0645 depending on case start time. Staff may be assigned "late days" to complete cases. Job Description
The role requires an experienced Orthopedic Registered Nurse capable of scrubbing and circulating in orthopedic procedures. The ideal candidate should be prepared to float to other surgical areas as needed and work collaboratively with surgical teams across specialties. Responsibilities
Serve as the first scrub nurse in orthopedic cases. Ensure patient safety and adherence to best practices within the surgical environment. Assist in the operating room as required, including floating to other surgical areas when necessary. Participate in on-call duties with a response time of 30 minutes for emergencies. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
BLS certification is required. Experience scrubbing as a first assistant in orthopedic surgeries. Must have an active and unrestricted RN license. Why ARMStaffing?
