Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our North American Distribution Center team. In this role, you will ensure smooth logistics processes, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations.

Pay & Schedule

$17/hour

Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

What You'll Do

Manage inventory and ensure stock accuracy

Audit receipts and generate pick requests

Track KPIs and support process improvements

Maintain warehouse operations and documentation

Serve as point-of-contact for WMS and IT issues

Conduct QC inspections and resolve operational problems

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized environment

Perform additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1-3 years warehouse, inventory, or supply chain experience

Valid driver's license; forklift certification preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office; JD Edwards a plus

Mechanically inclined with knowledge of quality processes

Self-starter, detail-oriented, and adaptable

Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and in a team; knowledge of OSHA and safety practices
