Staffmark is hiring! Join a growing team as an Inventory Control Specialist in Rogers, AR. This on-site role is perfect for someone with leadership skills, warehouse experience, and a customer-focused mindset.

Pay & Schedule: $18.00/hr | Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Essential Duties:

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping

Make local deliveries and check customer inventories

Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff

Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate with purchasing

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse

Provide customer support, process orders, and resolve issues professionally

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Clean driving record and able to pass background and DOT medical exam

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment

Leadership experience supervising and motivating staff

Experience in industrial supply, distribution, or manufacturing preferred

Forklift certification and familiarity with Lean principles or process improvement a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
