Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to support shipping, receiving, and inventory operations in Frankfort, KY. This role is essential for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
Pay & Schedule:
Pay: $22/hour
Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (1-2 hours OT possible daily, every other Saturday)
What You'll Do:
Perform cycle counts and inventory audits; reconcile and adjust inventory in JDE
Receive and enter inventory accurately and process outbound shipments
Send ASNs through BASE2 and manage Kanbans for Material Handlers
Prepare customer packing lists, Bills of Lading, and shipping labels
Monitor backorders, short shipments, and expedite orders as needed
Process Toyota and SIA billing and required production paperwork
Scan and upload shipping/receiving documents; coordinate with Accounting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate inventory and order fulfillment
Support periodic physical inventories and continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Bring:
High school diploma or GED
1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or inventory control
Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably JDE) and Office 365
Strong understanding of inventory control principles and warehouse operations
Valid driver's license (required after conversion)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, reach, and work in warehouse conditions
Excellent documentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
