What You'll Do:
Read tape measures accurately and apply strong math skills to daily work
Perform precise layouts, drilling procedures, and assembly of electrical components
Install and wire operator stations and control panels
Apply electrical control theory to diagnose and resolve issues
Conduct input/output troubleshooting, motor control, and startup testing
Carry out pre-wire technician and cable installation duties
Ensure quality assurance standards are met for all electrical work
Manage materials and maintain an organized workflow
Exhibit leadership skills and collaborate effectively within a team environment

What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 4 years of experience in industrial control wiring
Background in construction or related fields, with electrical coursework preferred
