Pay & Schedule

Pay: $16.00/hr

Training: 8 weeks, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Onsite in Blue Ash)

Post-Training Schedule: Choose from available schedules-typically mid-shift with at least one weekend day required

What You'll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone and email

Accurately enter data into pharmacy systems and vendor platforms

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy policies

Resolve patient concerns with empathy and professionalism

Coordinate with pharmacies, providers, and insurance to ensure patient needs are met

Meet productivity goals and follow up on inquiries within service timelines

Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Typing speed: 35-40 WPM

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience in customer service, retail, call centers, or pharmacy is a plus

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently

Must have reliable transportation

Willingness to complete training and obtain Pharmacy Technician registration/certification (if required)
