Software Engineer - NYC - Onsite

Role Overview: Our customer is one of the fastest growing FinTech startups in NYC. They're building a team of the top 1% of engineers that have attended the top 5 computer science programs in the U.S. Their team is made up of ex-founders, along with experienced professionals who have worked at modern big tech companies and now looking to join a fast-paced startup environment, or have been working at a startup/scale-up already during their hyper-growth phases.

• Build technology solutions that help businesses unlock financial data and intelligence, automate workflows, and guide decision making via their platform.
• Own their software development lifecycle from design and development to testing, delivering from all-angles across their product roadmap.
• Scale innovative products from scratch allowing their customers to utilize software to empower their business and solve financial problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to guide them using cutting-edge technology.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience if you have attended a top 5 computer science program.
• 7+ years' experience if you have attended a top 25 computer science program.
• Either worked at a modern big tech company or at a fast-paced startup or scale-up.
• Comfortable working long hours (standard when joining a lot of startups).
• Thrive working in a high-growth, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment.
• Happy to work 5-days a week onsite. You'll be working with the smartest engineers who are constantly build excellent products at scale.
