Software Engineer | FinTech Startup — New York City onsite. Base pay range: $180,000.00/yr - $280,000.00/yr. $180K–$280K + Equity. We’re partnering with one of the fastest-growing fintech startups ever - backed by $28M from top Silicon Valley investors. In just over a year, this team has signed thousands of customers across all 50 states and is doing over $3B in covered annual revenue, scaling the infrastructure powering small business finance in America.

They’re building a new platform from the ground up - and looking for engineers who want to see their code drive revenue, automate workflows, and change lives.

Responsibilities

• You’ll architect and build new systems end-to-end - across data pipelines, core product workflows, and customer-facing tools.
• This is not a back-office role - you’ll work directly with founders and customers to deeply understand problems and ship solutions that matter.
• You’ll shape an engineering culture obsessed with speed, ownership, and results.

Qualifications

• 2–10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Early-stage startup experience preferred
• A builder mentality: you take ideas from the whiteboard to production
• Based in NYC or willing to relocate (onsite 5 days/week)
• A high ownership, do what it takes mentality, that doesn’t see a job as “just a job”
