Job Title: Warehouse Associate/Technician
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Duration: 06 Months
Pay Rate: $20.60 - $23.60/ hr on W2
Work Schedule: Mon - Fri (8AM - 4:30PM); start time 6:00 AM on production days and some Sundays (1.5 - 2 hours)
Location note: Located at our Indianapolis, IN facility. This role supports warehousing for domestic and international shipping and distribution of clinical trial and future commercial products.
Reason for this role: Provide tactile support for receiving, material handling, shipping, distribution, and learn Visual Inspection duties on a recurring basis. Support implementation of Supply Chain procedures in logistics, warehousing, and materials management. Serve as a subject matter expert supporting compliance with GXP and DOT regulations as required.
Job Description:
The Warehouse Associate will support warehousing activities related to clinical trial and future commercial products, including receiving, material handling, packaging, labeling, shipping, and distribution, with a focus on compliance and operational control.
Responsibilities
- Execute labeling, packaging, and shipping of domestic and international shipments of internally manufactured radiopharmaceutical drug product programs.
- Assist with the scheduling of domestic and international shipments.
- Execute the receipt of incoming materials.
- Execute the sampling and dispensing of materials in a cleanroom environment.
- Execute the physical activities related to the waste program.
- Execute activities related to the material cycle counting program.
- Execute the inspection of finished product prior to shipment.
- Provide tactile, hands-on support of logistics, warehousing, and materials management.
- Adhere to policies and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with DOT and GXP regulations as required.
- Support the implementation of the Electronic Inventory System / ERP.
- Support efforts to commercialize the distribution of current clinical programs upon FDA approval.
- Execute the day-to-day warehouse operations as assigned by the Warehouse Manager, focusing on KPIs for compliance and operational control related to logistics and warehousing.
- Support the training of future Supply Chain team members.
- Ensure compliance with DOT, EH&S, Radiation Safety and GMP requirements as required.
Education and Experience
- 5+ years of proven warehouse experience (2+ in a cGMP facility preferred).
- Domestic and international shipping experience, including knowledge of customs clearance and regulatory requirements for RAM shipments for ex-US countries.
- Radiopharmaceutical and DOT compliant shipping experience preferred.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of operating in a cGMP warehouse environment preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with inventory control.
Skills
- Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping (Radiopharmaceutical experience preferred).
- Knowledge of DOT, GMP, and NRC regulations.
- Excellent professional ethics, integrity, and ability to maintain confidential information.
- Highly motivated and organized; able to work under pressure while meeting goals.
- Ability to perform daily work in a cleanroom environment with appropriate PPE.
