Position: Warehouse Technician

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay: Base pay range $24.00/hr - $25.00/hr. Pay range may be provided by ECLARO; actual pay based on skills and experience.

Overview

ECLARO is seeking a Warehouse Technician for our client in the Biopharmaceutical industry. The role supports warehousing, shipping, and distribution of clinical trial and commercial products, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and cleanroom operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute labeling, packaging, and shipping of domestic and international shipments for internally manufactured radiopharmaceutical drug product programs.
• Assist with scheduling domestic and international shipments.
• Receive incoming materials and perform sampling and dispensing in a cleanroom environment.
• Perform waste program activities and support material cycle counting.
• Inspect finished products prior to shipment and provide hands-on support for logistics, warehousing, and materials management.
• Adhere to DOT, GMP, and GXP regulations; implement and use the Electronic Inventory System / ERP.
• Support commercialization efforts for distribution of current clinical programs upon FDA approval.
• Support training of future Supply Chain team members and ensure compliance with DOT, EH&S, Radiation Safety, and GMP requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse experience (2+ years in a cGMP facility preferred).
• Domestic and international shipping experience with knowledge of customs clearance and RAM shipment requirements for ex-US countries.
• Radiopharmaceutical and DOT compliant shipping experience preferred; working knowledge of cGMP warehouse environments.
• Strong inventory control experience; knowledge of DOT, GMP, and NRC regulations.
• Professional ethics, integrity, ability to maintain confidential information, and the ability to work under pressure to meet corporate goals.
• Ability to perform daily work in a cleanroom environment with appropriate PPE.
