Base pay range

$31.00/hr - $34.00/hr

Join a leading technology innovator as an Administrative Assistant, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of a dynamic and fast-paced office environment. Your organizational prowess and ability to anticipate needs will be essential to supporting a high-performing team. Be the backbone of the office and contribute directly to the team’s success!

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and process expense reports.
  • Organize meetings and events, from logistics to execution.
  • Handle equipment management, onboarding/offboarding processes, and office space logistics.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, acting as a key point of contact.
  • Tackle special projects as assigned, showcasing your versatility and problem-solving skills.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative support.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and calendaring tools.
  • Proven ability in event planning and execution.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, handling ambiguity, and presenting information effectively.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executive-level offices.
  • Proactive work style and excellent communication skills.
