Patient Mix: Acute renal failure GI Surgery CVAs TBIs and vented px
Required Exp: Neuro ICU/SICU strong EKG skillset Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring TAVI/TAVR insulin protocols CVVHD/CRRT strong IV skillset lumbar drains post neuro surgery EVD and vents. IABP/Impella/LVAD preferred
