Staff Accountant – Apparel Company | Irvine, CA (On-Site)

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our client, a growing apparel company in Irvine. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone with 1–3 years of accounting experience who is eager to build their career in a fast-paced, creative industry.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close and account reconciliations
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
• Prepare journal entries and financial reports
• Help maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Partner with the finance team on ad hoc projects and process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (apparel/consumer products a plus)
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/accounting software
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive team player

He is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and has a passion for golf and great music.
