As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that drive awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and category growth. Role Overview

The Marketing Manager plays a key role in shaping the brand’s strategy and execution across all channels. This includes brand positioning, digital marketing, content creation, retail activation, and performance measurement. The ideal candidate is both a creative storyteller and a data-driven marketer who can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Refine brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to drive consistent communication.
  • Create go-to-market strategies for new products and innovations.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, retail, PR, and events.
  • Manage the marketing calendar to ensure seamless campaign execution and product launches.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including paid social, search, programmatic, and SEO.
  • Oversee content strategy and creative production for video, photography, and storytelling initiatives.
  • Support growth of direct-to-consumer and e-retail channels through performance marketing and conversion optimization.
  • Manage CRM and email marketing programs, including segmentation, automation, and testing.
  • Leverage first-party data to create personalized and targeted marketing strategies.
  • Define KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness across channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and improve marketing tactics to drive ROI.
  • Partner with sales and trade marketing to align retail promotions and in-store activations.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to support innovation pipelines and product launches.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and creative partners.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track spend and performance, adjusting tactics to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in consumer packaged goods (CPG), food, or health and wellness industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including paid media, CRM, SEO, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in food, beverage, or wellness categories.
  • Knowledge of DTC/e-commerce marketing strategies and platforms.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and content production.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Understanding of sustainability and purpose-driven branding.
