Senior Recruiter, Human Resources & Business Operations at Turn2Partners

Hard Skills:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries and conduct departure discussions
  • Maintain digital and physical personnel files within HR systems
  • Oversee employment eligibility documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate recruitment logistics including job advertisements, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and communication
  • Lead new hire onboarding sessions and orientation programming
  • Support benefits enrollment and leave of absence tracking in coordination with internal benefits specialists
  • Assist in administering performance review cycles and compensation adjustments
  • Generate routine and ad hoc HR data reports; analyze workforce metrics
  • Manage offboarding processes and conduct structured exit interviews

Soft Skills:

  • High level of accuracy and thoroughness in task execution
  • Exercises sound judgment and handles sensitive matters with confidentiality
  • Works effectively within team environments and builds strong working relationships
  • Anticipates issues and recommends improvements to HR processes and systems

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience with HR management platforms (e.g., Workday or comparable systems; current environment includes outsourced HRIS functions)
  • Familiarity with HR reporting systems; current tools include Paychex for basic reporting functionality

Education & Professional Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (discipline flexible)
  • 2–3 years of experience in a human resources support or coordination role
  • Foundational understanding of employee benefits and relevant employment regulations at the federal, state, and local levels
