What You Will Do

As a Business Analyst, you'll drive seamless integration of cutting-edge technology and business solutions. Your mission will be to deliver a flawless setup, configuration, and training experience. You will forge strong partnerships directly with clients, guiding them through the implementation process. You are the go-to expert for system-related questions and for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will facilitate the seamless integration of advanced technology and business solutions for our clients, ensuring an impeccable setup, configuration, and training experience. You will collaborate directly with clients, providing expert guidance throughout the implementation process and serving as the authoritative resource for all system-related inquiries.

• Oversee all aspects of system delivery, from discovery and design to configuration, testing, training, and adoption.
• Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements and configure systems, ensuring adherence to the scope of work.
• Analyze business processes and requirements to develop corresponding process and data flows.
• Offer innovative solutions and best practices for complex business challenges.
• Lead testing and troubleshooting efforts to guarantee seamless operation.
• Educate clients on system administration and usage to drive successful adoption.
• Share client feedback with product and professional services teams to inform product and process enhancements.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• Excellent presentation, training, client-management, relationship-building, requirements gathering, and negotiation skills.
• Aptitude for translating business challenges into effective systems and operating solutions.
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple assignments with prioritization.
• Robust leadership and prioritization capabilities; able to build consensus and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve objectives.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Professional Services for the Owner & Public Sector division at Trimble helps clients integrate cutting-edge technology and business solutions. We guide organizations, particularly within the owner and public sectors, through the entire implementation process to ensure a smooth transition to new systems.

Compensation

Trimble provides the following compensation range and description of other compensation and benefits that may be offered for this position. This range is based on a full-time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range and to offer additional benefits depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s protected status.

Hiring Range: $75,400.00–$100,000.00

Pay Rate Type: Salary
