Overview

Role Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaning Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys flexible hours, and wants to be part of a growing local business that values community and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning, including: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
• Washing windows, baseboards, trim, and other detailed areas
• Support property turnover services, including seasonal deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and post-construction cleans
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and properly
• Report any property issues or damages to management promptly
• Follow Birchmere Collective’s cleaning standards and checklists to ensure consistency and quality
• Provide excellent service and maintain professional communication with clients and team members

Qualifications

• Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required (training available)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow instructions
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (bending, lifting up to 30 lbs., standing for long periods)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Must be dependable, trustworthy, and professional in demeanor
