NIGHT SHIFT PRODUCTION OPERATIVES

Abacus Employment are seeking reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join our client’s busy night shift team in Newbury.

What we’re looking for

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not essential – full training provided.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Driver - Must have own transport to work.

The role

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 22:00–06:00
• Pay: £15.54– £16.74 per hour
• Friendly team and supportive workplace.
