Job Description: We are seeking a Cohesity Backup Administrator to join our team in Dearborn, MI. This role focuses on backup and recovery architecture, automation, and security to support a global rollout.

What You'll Be Driving

• As an Enterprise Backup and Recovery Specialist, design, engineer, and operate the Cohesity backup infrastructure to ensure reliable and efficient data protection.
• Lead automation efforts to streamline tasks (e.g., Cohesity protection group management, infrastructure changes via GitHub).
• Collaborate with security teams to implement robust controls, including access management, DLP considerations, and insider threat mitigation.
• Configure and maintain Cohesity backup servers and software for peak performance and seamless operation.
• Establish and maintain backup and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity during failures or threats.
• Monitor usage patterns and SLA metrics, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain system availability.
• Analyze capacity and performance trends to forecast future needs and inform investment priorities.
• Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades (service packs, patches, hot fixes, enhancements) to keep systems current.
