Initially serving Summit County, Ohio, as one of three Community Mental Health Centers, Portage Path has since expanded into a comprehensive agency. Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support to clients and manage customer interactions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer experience and collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Experience in managing customer experience and interactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
