Salary Range: $21.00 - $30.25 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and troubleshooting issues.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management system.
• Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
