A well-established and highly respected General Contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team in the DFW market. This individual will play a key role in driving successful preconstruction efforts and helping maintain the company’s reputation for delivering complex projects with excellence.

Projects generally range between $500k - $15M in value. Upcoming pipeline includes a lot of interiors projects, but ground-up experience with full-scope will be highly valued.

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:

• Proven background in construction estimating, with a strong portfolio of commercial projects.
• Established client and/or sub-trade partnerships in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
• Ability to manage the full estimating process from conceptual budgets through final bids.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
