Your New Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial base build projects ranging from $40M - $100M. You’ll manage all aspects of project delivery, including financial forecasting and budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a passion for building excellence. You will manage a team consisting of a PM, APMs and PEs and work in collaboration with the field team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle project management from preconstruction (supported by a full precon and estimating department) through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, architects, and consultants.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development and company growth.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 8+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in commercial base build projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects exceeding $40M+
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam.
