Trident Consulting is seeking a " Business Operations Analyst" for one of our clients in Concord CA (Hybrid)

Title: Business Operations Analyst
Location: Remote
Type: W2 Contract

We are currently in search of a Senior Business Operations Analyst with exceptional analytical and data storytelling skills to lead our end-to-end operations. The successful candidate will be skilled at
driving insights from data, possess expert-level proficiency in Excel, and have a strong track
record of building and delivering compelling presentations.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and present Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and Quarterly Operations
Review (QOR) reports, utilizing data storytelling techniques to effectively communicate
operational performance and strategic insights to stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations to VP-level and executive leadership,
synthesizing complex operational data and strategic recommendations to influence and
drive critical business decisions.
• Apply advanced data analytics to inform strategic decision-making, prioritize operational
enhancements, and measure business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including fulfillment operations, sales, channel
sales, IT, customer service, and finance-to ensure seamless integration of processes and
systems.
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes, consistently delivering measurable
improvements in efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collect and interpret functional customer feedback to design and implement new
processes, driving continuous operational improvement and streamlining workflows.
• Drive the development and delivery of operational training programs, ensuring all channel
operations stakeholders are equipped to meet evolving business needs and reducing
onboarding time.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain operations, business operations or project/program
    management.
  • Exceptional skills in communication, data analysis, change management, organization,
    presentation, and data storytelling.
  • Proficient in Excel and Power Point, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and other operational software.
  • 8+ years of experience working with cross functional teams in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership, self-motivation, autonomy, and organizational process.
