Job Title: Customer Support Specialist - Park Avenue Client Services Specialist
Location: Bethlehem, PA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Employment Type: Contract – W2
NOTE: Hybrid; 3 days a week onsite in the Bethlehem, PA office. Shifts could vary, but will most likely be 9 am - 5:30 pm EST Mon-Thurs, and 8:30 am - 5 pm EST on Friday.
About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Specialists to join our Park Avenue Client Services team.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting with inquiries and troubleshooting within our new Park Avenue Client Portal .
This is a great opportunity for individuals early in their careers who are interested in learning about wealth management.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound client calls and provide exceptional service.
- Assist clients with questions or issues related to the Park Avenue Client Portal.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth client experiences.
Who We’re Looking For:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Interest in wealth management is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (3 days onsite).
