Advance Equipment Service LLC, a trusted leader in heavy equipment repair and service since 2020, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Counter Person to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring our customers and technicians receive the right parts quickly and accurately to keep equipment running at its best. Responsibilities Assist customers and technicians at the parts counter with parts identification, availability, and pricing Process orders, returns, and special requests accurately and efficiently Maintain inventory records, stock shelves, and conduct cycle counts Communicate with vendors and suppliers to source hard-to-find parts Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and handling inquiries promptly Support the service department with timely parts delivery and coordination Qualifications Prior experience in equipment, automotive, or industrial parts preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Strong organizational and communication skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth within a fast-growing company Supportive team environment Health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off How to Apply Interested candidates should complete our application form or send their rsum to: office@advanceequipmentservice.com
