POSITION OVERVIEW The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting across a multi-entity organization. This role will provide insights to leadership through financial modeling, forecasting, and performance tracking, contributing to strategic decision-making across all areas of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic initiatives and business planning. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including variance analysis, revenue trends, and expense management. Monitor and interpret financial performance across wholesale, financing, insurance, and VSC operations. Support budgeting processes and provide ongoing updates to forecasts based on market and operational changes. Evaluate new business opportunities, transactions, and initiatives, providing financial insights and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial input for decision-making. Participate in month-end and quarter-end reporting cycles. Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and actionable manner.

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Strong background in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting within a corporate setting. Knowledge of financial structures within industries such as automotive, insurance, or financial services is highly valued. Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP/accounting systems and BI tools preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate effectively and present complex financial data in a clear way.
