*Oversee, analyze, and support all operational activities in the office and ensure that the office is running smoothly.
*Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
*Manage office budget, including annual budget planning, tracking actuals monthly, and forecasting.
*Manage IT purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice management.
*Identify, manage, and facilitate expiring contracts and resolutions within the Division.
*Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems.
*Project manage smaller projects as needed.
*Support the Program Management Office as needed in annual planning and divisional support as needed.
*Performs other duties as assigned.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
