Imprimis is seeking highly organized and proactive
Executive Assistants
to provide comprehensive administrative support for clients in technology, commercial real estate and hospitality. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, resourceful, and excellent communicators, with the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities Calendar *****
Coordinate and manage complex and fluid executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and domestic and international travel. Communication *****
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; draft, edit, and manage correspondence. Meeting & Event *****
Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes; follow up on action items; coordinate logistics for team meetings, summits, and events (including travel, catering, and scheduling). Travel *****
Book and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for executives and visiting candidates. Document *****
Draft, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Expense *****
Track and reconcile executive expenses; process and submit reports in a timely manner. Concur experience helpful. *****
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. Project *****
Assist with special projects and initiatives led by the executive team.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience highly considered. Proven experience supporting CEO, COO or CFO as an Executive Assistant Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attributes Proactive, with strong problem-solving and anticipatory skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Composed and adaptable under pressure. Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential matters. Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
