VP of Finance
to join their team. The VP will oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations while partnering with the CEO to drive strategic growth. This role is designed to develop into a CFO position within 1–2 years. This position is
HYBRID
with 2-3 days onsite in office and remote days, while also providing a ton of flexibility. Responsibilities
Report directly to the CEO, own the accounting/finance function, and oversee all day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, audits, tax, and planning. Provide financial/operational metrics, forecasts, and analysis to support decision-making. Lead process improvements and establish policies to support rapid growth. Ensure GAAP compliance and implement reliable forecasting tools (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet). Qualifications
BS in Accounting, Finance, Business or related degree 8–10+ years of hands-on finance/accounting leadership in a high-growth environment SaaS and/or PE-backed company experience strongly preferred Proven experience building finance infrastructure, improving processes, and implementing KPIs Offering & Benefits
