$115,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Accounting Manager | Hybrid | Nashville, TN | Up to $140K + Bonus

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting, payroll, and internal controls. This hybrid role offers bonus potential and a robust benefits package, including generous PTO, 401(k) match, and wellness perks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA strongly preferred)
  • 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong US GAAP knowledge and leadership in reporting and controls
  • Experience with private equity reporting and ERP tools (Oracle, Workday, Blackline, etc.)
