We are looking for motivated individuals to join our dynamic team in a hands-on role where you will play a key part in our production process. General Labor – Pay and Benefits
Pay: $18.50 per hour (First Shift) Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM Benefits: Health, vision, and dental insurance, plus paid vacation What You Will Do
Operate and monitor punch presses, multi-slides, and molding presses following ISO 13485 work instructions Perform secondary operations such as passivation, forming, welding, assembly, riveting, and custom packaging Inspect parts using gauges, micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, and microscopes Identify and report any quality concerns to Quality Assurance Handle and thread materials as needed Monitor equipment performance and report issues to the setup technician or production coordinator Document production data and track labor activities Perform Statistical Process Control (SPC) charting as required Package products accurately while maintaining quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We Are Looking For
Education and Experience
High school diploma or willingness to obtain a GED Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required Skills and Requirements
Basic reading, writing, and math skills in English Strong communication and teamwork abilities Experience with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators is a plus Willingness to learn ISO 13485 processes and SPC Ability to work overtime, including weekends, when needed Basic computer skills Physical ability to stand or sit for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling movements Ready to Get Started?
