Full-Time, Direct Hire Shift:
Monday – Thursday, 5:55 AM – 4:25 PM Pay:
$28-$34.00 per hour based on experience Overtime:
Occasional Fridays

Tool & Die Maker
to support complex tooling maintenance and high-speed stamping operations. If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy solving problems on the production floor, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do: Perform complex bench work and machine operations to maintain and improve high-speed stamping dies and fixtures. Plan, layout, and execute die maintenance work with limited supervision. Operate and set up Tool Room equipment including grinders, mills, lathes, and EDM machines. Conduct detailed inspections to ensure die quality and performance. Train and mentor junior toolmakers, machinists, and technicians. Support troubleshooting and repair of production equipment. Maintain accurate documentation in the maintenance system. Use forklifts and overhead cranes (training available if needed). What You’ll Need to Bring: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a state-sponsored Tool & Die or Mold Maker apprenticeship program OR equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment. Minimum of 5 years of experience in tool and die. Strong troubleshooting skills; electrical troubleshooting experience a plus. Experience with Wire EDM, Esprit programming, and CAD/NC programming highly preferred. Soldering, brazing, and welding skills are a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Solid computer skills for documentation and communication.
