Executive Assistant to CEO – Westside Foundation $175k - $190k
A prestigious Westside foundation is seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to a prominent CEO. Key Responsibilities Provide expert calendar management, scheduling meetings and calls across multiple time zones. Oversee email correspondence, draft professional communications, and serve as a liaison on calls with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Manage and update a CRM database to track and organize high-level contacts Coordinate projects and events, including, board meetings, executive leadership meetings, and special initiatives—taking minutes and ensuring accurate follow-up. Conduct research and prepare polished presentations for internal and external use. Arrange complex domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries. Partner with the CEO on strategic priorities, anticipating needs and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Perform additional tasks and special projects as needed with a team-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic. Qualifications Minimum 7+ years of C-level executive support, ideally in a high-profile or mission-driven organization. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong business working knowledge. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, polished correspondence. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure.
