Senior Accountant

A high-growth investment advisory company is seeking a management company level Senior Accountant. This role will focus on financial reporting, debt compliance, affiliates and owner entities, and distributions. ***** Prepare and review JEs and recons for management company and affiliate entities Support financial reporting, including consolidations, debt compliance packages, and internal reporting Manage intercompany balances, allocations, and recons across entities Assist with quarterly income and expense allocations and related journal entries Prepare and support quarterly distributions to owners and flowthrough entities Prepare and analyze quarterly Budget vs. Actual (BvA) reports for all departments, coordinating with department heads and finance leadership

Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance In-house accounting experience required; Financial Services/RIA/Partnership structure experience a plus Strong understanding of GAAP and multi-entity accounting Excellent written and verbal communication Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines independently Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes
