Maintenance Technician
to install, repair, and maintain production machinery while supporting continuous improvement and safety initiatives across the facility.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping operations running at peak efficiency—whether it’s fixing breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, or enhancing the performance of automated systems. If you enjoy getting your hands dirty while thinking critically about how to prevent downtime before it happens, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities ***** Perform corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery, building systems, and production equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime Diagnose equipment problems, replace or repair components, and perform final testing and adjustment Operate and maintain powder coating paint systems to ensure consistent product quality Apply electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Operate shop tools, lifting equipment, and industrial vehicles safely and effectively Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), automation systems, and robotics as needed Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to coordinate repairs and resolve technical issues Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies, restocking as needed Support continuous improvement efforts across the facility Ensure consistent attendance and complete other duties as assigned
Experience & ***** Hands-on experience performing maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Familiarity with powder coating processes, industrial machinery, and building systems Experience using PLCs, automation systems, or robotics preferred Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and follow work orders or specifications Skilled in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment Understanding of maintenance best practices and root-cause analysis techniques Experience with spare parts management and record-keeping Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
