Position Summary CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, AI & Digital Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of next-generation discovery and personalization experiences within the Aetna Digital team. This role is central to helping millions of members easily navigate their healthcare journey by embedding the customer voice throughout the product lifecycle, championing AI-driven personalization, and delivering data-informed innovations that simplify decisions and inspire trust.
You will combine human-centered design, strategic hypothesis testing, and thought leadership on digital health trends to deliver relevant, high-impact experiences at key entry points. Partnering closely with design, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders, you will ensure that product decisions are grounded in insights, aligned to business strategy, and focused on improving the health and well-being of those we serve.

Customer-Centric Discovery, Personalization & Thought Leadership
Use qualitative research, analytics, and experimentation to surface unmet user needs and friction points.
Champion human-centered design, embedding the customer voice across ideation, development, and iteration.
Serve as a thought leader on personalization, AI, and digital health trends—bringing competitive intelligence and consumer behavior insights to shape the roadmap.
Define and own the personalization approach for key digital entry points, ensuring users receive contextually relevant, high-value content and recommendations.
Manage and track discovery KPIs (e.g., CTR, engagement depth, session duration) to guide optimization and innovation.
Strategic Hypothesis Development
Translate ambiguous challenges into structured experiments and clear, data-driven hypotheses.
Partner with design and engineering to validate product direction through rapid prototyping and learning.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Analyze behavioral data, A/B test results, and user feedback to inform product priorities.
Collaborate with analytics to surface insights, measure impact, and guide long-term iteration.
Technical Documentation & Execution
Write concise PRDs, requirements, and user stories to guide design and engineering teams.
Manage technical trade-offs, product risks, and delivery timelines to ensure successful releases.
Risk Management & Innovation Framing
Proactively identify product, market, and technical risks with mitigation strategies.
Facilitate alignment with cross-functional partners on key bets, investment levels, and long-term vision.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a product manager delivering consumer-facing digital products.
3+ years leveraging qualitative research, analytics, and experimentation to shape product strategy.
3+ years of experience translating ambiguous problems into structured hypotheses, experiments, and roadmap decisions.
2+ years of experience building or managing AI-related products (e.g. personalization, recommendations systems, NLP, predictive analytics)
Proven track record of using data (behavioral, A/B testing, feedback loops) to drive prioritization and iteration.
Hands-on experience writing PRDs, user stories, and partnering with design and engineering for execution.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills, able to align diverse stakeholders and drive consensus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or other regulated industries.
Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) and Agile delivery practices.
Strong knowledge of consumer behavior principles, engagement drivers, and personalization best practices.
Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Figma, CMS platforms, and experimentation frameworks.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize insights and influence at multiple levels.
Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience required
Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $130,295.00 - $260,590.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program. Our people fuel our future.
