Performing risk rating on new and existing loans Making recommendations on the structure of credit for approval Developing solutions for problem loan credit Being responsible for credit risk and quality of portfolio Performing maintenance on portfolio of loans Maintaining and expanding client relationship Managing loan renewal process Participating in community and business functions Developing other deposits services relationship Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or combination of education and directly related experience 2+ years of banking experience Strong understanding of credit policy and procedures and the ability to accurately risk-rate loans / credits, evaluate both cash-flow and collateral-based loans / credits Ability to develop problem loan credit solutions Strong knowledge base in Treasury, FX, and Derivative products and demonstrated abilities in coordinating the resources of the bank to bring effective full service solutions to the company Compensation :
The base pay range for this position is USD $75,000.00 / Yr. - USD $150,000.00 / Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
