We’re building and scaling new ways to delight our customers, leveraging the DoorDash platform. The DashMart S&O Affordability team owns initiatives to make grocery delivery more affordable for customers through targeted initiatives across fees and pricing.

From first principles problem solving, you will set the strategic vision for your initiatives for pricing setting across SKUs, baskets, and categories. Collaborate.
You will support DashMart’s pricing initiatives through maintaining a close partnership with our engineering, category management, inventory management, and product management teams. Experiment.
You will build dashboards, analyze A/B test results, and translate results into guardrails and playbooks. Analyze.

You’re a strategic thinker and are comfortable manipulating and analyzing data to make decisions. You have experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel. You’re able to manage multiple concurrent projects, stay organized, and prioritize your time effectively. You have strong cross-functional skills and have experience with projects spanning multiple teams and can align on mutual goals. You have a strong attention to detail, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and the tenacity to solve many disparate problems for multiple stakeholders at once. You have 4-6 years of experience in operations, technology, consulting, business development, banking, analytics, marketing, high-growth or early-stage startup or related experience. You have a Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, or a related field. The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
