We’re building and scaling new ways to delight our customers, leveraging the DoorDash platform. The DashMart S&O Affordability team owns initiatives to make grocery delivery more affordable for customers through targeted initiatives across fees and pricing. About the Role
As an Associate Manager on the DashMart S&O team, you will own analytic support for pricing initiatives at DashMart. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to bring our pricing strategy to life, analyze performance, and iterate accordingly. From first principles problem solving, set the strategic vision for initiatives for pricing setting across SKUs, baskets, and categories. Collaborate.
Maintain a close partnership with our engineering, category management, inventory management, and product management teams to support DashMart’s pricing initiatives. Experiment.
Build dashboards, analyze A/B test results, and translate results into guardrails and playbooks. Analyze.
Model demand, elasticity, and unit economics to identify opportunities to improve pricing processes and initiatives. We’re excited about you because…
You’re a strategic thinker who is comfortable manipulating and analyzing data to make decisions. You have experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel. You’re able to manage multiple concurrent projects, stay organized, and prioritize your time effectively. You have strong cross-functional skills and experience with projects spanning multiple teams, with the ability to align on mutual goals. You have strong attention to detail, can adapt to a fast-paced environment, and can solve many disparate problems for multiple stakeholders at once. You have 4-6 years of experience in operations, technology, consulting, business development, banking, analytics, marketing, high-growth or early-stage startups, or related fields. You have a Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, or a related field. Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
