We are seeking a mission-driven Business Analyst to support the State Medicaid program, which provides services for children with disabilities to help them live at home and in their communities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, policy, and compassionate care. Your insights will help improve program efficiency, service delivery, and ensure compliance with Medicaid regulations.

Your role in our mission
- Analyze and optimize service delivery processes and workflows
- Collaborate with program coordinators, case managers, and system vendors to gather requirements and translate into technical and operational solutions
- Conduct policy and compliance analysis in relation to Medicaid and CMS guidelines
- Develop dashboards and reports to track enrollment, service utilization, and performance metrics
- Support data audits, quality improvement initiatives, and system enhancements (e.g., CMS reporting, waiver documentation)
- Facilitate training and support change management during system or policy updates
- Other duties as assigned
What we\'re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent related experience in business analysis, healthcare programs, Medicaid, or human services
- Familiarity with state Medicaid systems and regulations
- Three or more years experience developing Business Requirements
- Client facing experience is a must
- Proficiency in Excel, data analytics tools, and / or state Medicaid information systems (e.g., ForwardHealth, CARES, MMIS)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—especially when translating policy and data into understandable insights
- Knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy, and federal reporting standards

- Fully remote options from continental US locations only, Office hours 8a-5p central time
