Compensation:
$130K – $150K base + paid heavy OT + generous benefits Location:
San Francisco, CA Our client, an UHNW individual based in San Francisco, is seeking a top-tier Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-touch, comprehensive support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is an exceptional opportunity for a polished, proactive professional who thrives on organization, discretion, and seamless execution. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a constantly evolving schedule, coordinating complex travel, and supporting a broad range of business, philanthropic, and personal activities. Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-level administrative and personal support, serving as a trusted gatekeeper and point of contact • Manage complex calendar arrangements, including scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones • Draft and manage correspondence, communications, and briefing materials on behalf of the principal • Prepare the principal for meetings, events, and appointments with meticulous attention to detail • Coordinate and execute all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries • Liaise with philanthropic organizations and coordinate participation in galas and charitable initiatives • Availability to travel with the Principal; 24/7 mindset for urgent needs, schedule changes, and time-sensitive matters • Support ongoing projects and ad hoc tasks with a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset • Maintain the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required • 10+ years of administrative or executive support experience, ideally within a financial services or high-demand professional environment • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities • Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment You can use www.workgrades.com to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
